We will then conduct a telephone interview to complete the application process.  If the instructors feel you will benefit from the upcoming program,  you will be invited to an information session where you will have the opportunity to directly experience a few brief practices  and complete the intake process, including making your course payment.
You will be asked to come to class dressed casually in loose clothing, bring a yoga mat and any pillows or blankets you may need to ensure you are comfortable for the 2 and 1/2 hour duration of each session.  Hot water and herbal teas will be provided.  The program is conducted in a pleasant and confidential setting (see map).
You will be asked to provide a confidential e-mail address so that we can correspond with you and send you materials by e-mail.  (If you do not have e-mail, let us know and we will make  alternate arrangements for you.)  You will also be provided with three audio CD’s throughout the program to serve as a guide in your practices.  Weekly reading materials, homework assignment sheets an other useful information will be provided to support your learning to the highest possible degree.

Please return the completed form either by e-mail to,  fax: 613-563-8144 or mail Dr. Kathy Nathan , 2nd. Floor, 231 McLeod St., Ottawa, ON, K2P 0Z8.
